PROCEDURE: Chickens were immunized with EQKLISEEDL (C-MYC) conjugated with KL._x000D_ Eggs were collected and the Ig fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity_x000D_ purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase matrix then conjugated_x000D_ with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). Antibody concentration was determined_x000D_ using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.32 equals 1.0 mg of IgY. FITC/Protein Ratio =_x000D_ 3.0 – 6.0.
SPECIFICATIONS: This antibody will react with EQKLISEEDL as determined by ELISA and IEP_x000D_ techniques. It is suitable for blotting, ELISA and IF applications. Optimal_x000D_ working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
